The Iron Ranger was originally built for iron miners in the 1930s. In the decades since, it has grown indispensable for owners from all walks of life thanks to its iconic style and longevity. The six-inch boot’s signature feature is a leather toe cap that is as distinctive as it is durable. The boots are built with a Goodyear welt and Puritan triple-stitch construction, and brass speed hooks provide precision lacing and a visual hit of hardware. The Iron Ranger is anchored with a Vibram® 430 Mini-lug outsole.

When we think of a "heritage" brand, Red Wing is first on the list. Red Wing is a working class household name for a reason, their products are the epitome of "buy nice or buy twice". When you invest in a pair of Red Wing boots, it's different than purchasing a pair of shoes. The cork footbed and upper leather of the boot will form to your foot over time, leaving an extremely comfortable and completely custom fitted boot. Once the sole has been worn out, it can be replaced by your local cobbler (or ours - seriously, they're the best) with the original sole, or changed to a different style of your preference.

All Red Wing boots are built using leather from their own tannery in Red Wing, Minn.

*Please note - most customers size down 1/2 to 1 full size for Red Wing Boots. If you wear a 10.5 in Vans, we would recommend a size 9.5 or 10 in RWH.

*If your size is out of stock or unlisted, or if you're interested in a different style or color - please shoot us an email or call, we are happy to special order any product from Red Wing for you.
