Returns & Exchanges

We take great pride in the products we chose to stock and we want you to love them as well, due to the limited and select nature of our products our return policy is as follows:

If you are unhappy with your purchase you may exchange it for anything else in the store within 14 days of the arrival date (or in-store purchase date) of your package in unworn, unwashed, and like-new condition. A gift card or store credit will be given when an exchange is not applicable. We DO NOT offer refunds. 

All apothecary, sale/discounted, vintage, or "gently used" items are final sale and are ineligible for exchange or store credit.  

Returns & Exchanges must meet the following criteria:

• Item must be in new, unworn, unwashed, un-altered (pre-shipped) condition

• Original tags must be attached

• Shoes must be in original box with original packaging and tags attached

• Return shipping cost is buyer's responsibility

• Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery date

• Customer is responsible for return shipments, which must include delivery confirmation or tracking. Please note that we are NOT able to accept returns on worn, altered, or otherwise “used” items. We are not responsible for return shipping costs or for compensation of items lost or damaged in return shipping. All return/ exchange requests must be pre-approved. Requests made after 14 days of delivery will be denied.

Special Orders

We are a very specialty clothing shop and our number one goal is to get you something you love to wear and are excited about, that being said we are happy to special-order any product from any brand that we currently carry if that product is not in-stock or is not listed on our website. Special orders are final sale and are ineligible for exchange, store credit, or refunds.
